Stayed Jan 24, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the lower flat. The decor was very warming and modern. Everything you need is provided. Plenty of parking on Center Street. Very easy access to the lower flat to the street. Convenient checkin We received an email earlier on our day of arrival with access codes. Many options in walking distance for food. Highly recommended

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Wonderful, clean, comfortable studio. Creative craftsmanship. It suited us perfectly for our overnight stay in Logan. We enjoyed a quick dinner at the Center Street Grill, right next door. Well for sure stay again, when in Logan.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We stayed in the Lower Flat for USU Parents weekend and it was such a perfect location for it. We were very close to campus but also close to lots of restaurants as well as the start of the homecoming parade. This felt like home away from home with a great sitting area, very comfortable bed and amenities like a Kuren and full sized laundry. We will definitely be back during our son’s 4 years at Utah State.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024I went solo to watch my kids play soccer, but this place was very nice to stay at. So many thing within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
