Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great apartment and unbeatable value. Communication and service from Claudio was quick and professional. Yes it has little natural light and is a bit damp. Stairs to loft are a bit steep if you are not agile. Powerful AC kept it dry and cool during summer heat. Pictures and description totally accurate. Location is central and safe. Modern amenities and in good condition. Great for single traveler or couple.

Stayed May 27, 2019A hidden gem in Naples, located in a quiet street, close to main metro stations and shops. The house is small, split over 2 floors and has everything you need for a great stay. The owner is friendly and helpful, check in was fast and easy. If you're looking at this review, all I can say is...book now, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a nice stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is an ideal place in Naples if you want to be able to quickly walk to restaurants, the Metro, the historic area and even the port. It is for one or two people who do not plan on spending any more of their time there than necessary for sleep, have breakfast and a quick stop between A and B. It is entirely adequate for making a meal or two but with many good restaurants within literally feet the question becomes why. It is incredibly quiet, and although it doesn't have much light for me it was perfect. Claudio was extremely helpful making sure I found an ATM when I arrived and walked me to my Taxi when I left.

Stayed Oct 10, 2017We spent a week in the apartment in Naples and used it as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The apartment was small but had everything you needed. We enjoyed spending our time in Naples by the waterfront which was about a 15 minute walk. The only downside was the lack of natural light. It could be 2pm on a sunny day and you wouldn't know until you got out on the street. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment though so it was ok. If you're going to Naples this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. Claudio was such a great host, he even welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Communication was always friendly and swift, and our greeter Stefano was right on time. He did not only show us the apartment, but also gave us an overview of the city and suggested places to visit. It can't get much better than that! Kitchen/dining/living room is downstairs, the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and connected by small stairs. Both levels are equipped with a/c that can also be used for heating. Wifi is fast and you even have a telephone. The apartment is clean and has a modern, well kept interior. Since the apartment is deep inside an old 18th century house, you'll have very little daylight. Some people might perceive this as a downside, but since we spent the daylight time out in the city, it was not an issue to us. The apartment is very nicely located, but still very quiet. Just a few steps to shopping street Via Toledo; walking to the port will take around 20 minutes. Forgot to buy a wine for dinner? You'll find an Enoteca just 20m down the alley. The supermarket on Via Monteoliveto is a 3 minute walk away, the metro stations on Line1 around 5 minutes. The apartment is equipped for cooking, but you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars around if you don't want to. For us it was a perfect place to stay. It was my second time in Napoli and this beats the first trips' s hotel on Lungomare any day.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is perfect for any length of stay. My wife and I stayed for 7 nights, and could not have been happier. It has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay in Naples. It is perfectly situated in the old town. Close to all the major museums, churches, tourist attractions and adjacent to Naples main shopping street. With an underground station within a few minutes walk, the nearby archaeological sites are within easy reach by train from Garibaldi Central station.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay was excellent.Because of Claudio Colinet's absence, a friend of his helped us and gave us information. He was very helpful and kind. Much appreciated. As for the apartment,it has all the amenities described by the advert and it is located in the historical center of Naples,as a result it is easy to access all the sites. We only stayed 5 nights, but the apartment is well equipped even for a longer stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is very nice and ideally located in the historical center of Naples. Of special note, the kitchen is very well equipped (not only in terms of appliances, but also for cookware). The ''welcome gift'' is not merely a catcher on the website, it is a true expression of the kindness of Claudio (the landlord), who also provided us with a city map and landmark list (in French) to help us get started. As acknowledged in the description, the apartment may be a little dark and humid, but this is not necessarily a drawback after a hot and tiring day.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in the apartment 5 nights and were greeted at the apartment by Claudio. He was very helpful and helped us settle in. Much appreciated. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The location of the apartment in the complex meant no noise but also no views. We travelled by car and even with GPS the apartment was fairly difficult to find. Parking in Naples is a problem but Claudio helped find a parking garage where we left the car while in Naples. We would have liked to have had a hot water jug and a toaster but other alternatives are available. The location in the old city meant streets are full of cars, motor scooters and people. The apartment is close enough to all places of interest to walk to if you so desired. We felt safe in Naples at all times.
