Stayed May 10, 2024The apartment was clean, well furnished, though reading lamps would be helpful. Lucas, the care-taker, was excellent. The location was awful. We have some mobility issues and getting to the tram station was difficult. There are no coffee shops nor restaurants nearby and the one market was small but adequate. One tram line was out of service so that made trips into the ring much longer. Not pleasant neighborhood for walks. We would not stay here again.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023We absolutely loved the property. It was really clean, modern and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The location is prefect about 15/20 minute walk to the Ringstrasse, with so many attractions and restaurants within along the route. The property manager was great at check in, and readily available. We will definitely stay there again if the apartment is available on our next visit.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Very clean, and very spacious. The bathroom is modern, well lighted and the shower is terrific! Kitchen is modern, great appliances, everything worked well. Furniture is lovely, beds super comfortable and it is very well appointed. Elevator is a great feature! Neighborhood has shops, restaurants in easy walking distance, not far from the train, subway, bus station. Great location.

Stayed Jul 7, 2022The property shown in the pictures was not rented to us. We were given a totally different apartment which is lot worse than the one in the picture. When we tried to reach the owner multiple times within the first 24 hours, there was no response. No one tried to contact us via email or phone during out entire 4 day stay. At the time of check-out, a lady came to collect the keys and when we brought this up, she asked us to contact the owner! Still waiting for the owner to get back along with possibly a refund!
