• Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Toiletries, a hairdryer, and towels are provided!
• Full kitchen: Equipped with a microwave, an oven, a stove, a full-size fridge and freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Enjoy your meals at the dining table!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• **Please note that our private Studio Unit is located in a free-standing 2-family home that's half shared with the owner who is a local first responder and lives on-site with 1 cat and 1 dog (that occasionally barks). Nevertheless, you will have access to your own private driveway, entrance and space. Please note that this rental is not pet-friendly!
• There's a fence that separates the owner's portion of the backyard/garden from the renter's side for privacy. Please note that along with this fence, the owner's dog also has an electric fence and he won't be let out when guests are present
• Please note that while our Studio Unit has 3 doors, 2 of them will not be accessible throughout your stay. The door located next to the bed leads to your private deck/yard, driveway, and it's this space's entry door. The door facing the kitchen leads to the owner's deck/yard, and the door next to the fridge leads to the owner's house (both of these will remain locked)
• Complimentary outdoor parking is available on the gravel driveway located on the right side of the property for up to 2 cars
• If you'd like to keep your clothes clean, there's a laundromat located less than a 0.25 mile down the street
• A Pack n' Play may be available upon request - Please let us know if interested!
• Please note renters have to log into their own accounts to access the TV's streaming services
• We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal
• Please note that we provide two beach chairs and grill utensils

    This VRBO is perfect for a single/couple looking to get away for a weekend (or week) on the Cape! Private driveway was easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store and walking distance to Harwich Port’s restaurants and bars (take the back neighborhoods to stay off busy road late at night). Everything is new and clean! Easy to get in with keypad and didn’t have to contact the host for anything because it was all spelled out nicely in the check-in documents. Wish we could have stayed a full week!

    We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and nice and so close to the grocery store, yet quiet. We loved having a kitchen so we could cook cod. Thank-you for a lovely stay!

    Our stay was good. No problems. Although I was worried about the door that is in the kitchen that leads to the owner place. I would have felt a little more comfortable if there was a lock on the guest side.

    Family members were staying about a mile away. We had a problem with the keypad door lock when we checked in, but it was quickly rectified. The accommodations worked well for our visit with family and friends.
