This is our third stay in Barb’s cottage. My teenage son and I love staying there. It’s perfect for us! We wanted for absolutely nothing.

The cottage was very cozy, comfortable and clean! Barb is an excellent host who is very accommodating and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

From the small details, to the cleanliness, this was a great cottage to spend 9 days. Excellent location in Lakeside Chautauqua, and spotless. We have been coming to Lakeside Chautauqua for 12 years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The fridge was big enough, and the small kitchen was big enough to make large family meals. The secluded patio was a great place to decompress after a day at the Lake. Barb was a superb communicator, and extremely helpful. You’ll love this blue cottage too!

Our first impression was that the cottage was really small. But it did have a kitchen and it quite possibly could be the cleanest and best use of space place where we have stayed. The closet was a bonus as somewhere to put our bags out of the way. There was sufficient lighting and windows to make it appear larger. The location was awesome, close to the center of everything of importance at Lakeside. The only downside was no parking at the cottage but evennthst was not much of a problem since we only used our car once during the stay. And we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. This was our first time going to that area, Lakeside was beautiful and so much to do, or not. The cottage was beautiful and was impressed with all of the small details the owners did. We definitely would go again!

The owners were right next door and so helpful and kind. Barb went out of her way to make our stay special. The cottage is in a terrific location and though it is small, it is perfect for 2 people.

This wonderful cottage is a short stroll to the lakefront, shops, Hoover auditorium and other activities in Lakeside! The kitchen is perfectly set up and equipped! Barb has many simple instructions posted for things in the cottage, such as check out and use of the TV/cable remote. This cottage has the charm and “feel” of this lovely community of Lakeside. This is our second stay and we’ll be back again.

Wonderful relaxation, TV a little complicated to work, but not a problem- we brought books! Lakeside is our favorite spot! Clean!

The studio cottage was meticulously clean and well organized. For a small space, we had everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from shops, eateries and the lake. The outdoor patio space was wonderful!!

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy accessibility to parks along the lake. Close to Kelleys Island Ferry which made for a nice day trip.

Barb’s place is perfect for my preteen son and I when we come up for a long weekend. It would also suit us if we came for an entire week. We love Lakeside and we are so happy to have found this gem!

Great location!

This is our second time staying at Barb and family’s little studio. (It’s just the right size for us.) We were out and about often walking and enjoying all that Lakeside has to offer. Such a fun time seeing all the sights and relaxing in the evening. We will come back again next year!!

My mom and daughter stayed here while my husband and I were camp counselors for Reach Out Camp at Lakeside. It is the perfect little space for 2-3 people. The location is excellent and the owners are great to work with!

This little stay is perfect for a couple at lakeside. We stayed here while the rest of our family stayed at another place, and it was nice to have our own space. It was one of the hottest weeks in the summer, and the AC still kept it cool.
