Amazing get away weekend retreat

This space is prepared and equipped beautifully for a short or long stay! The spaciousness to every aspect of this “cabin” is absolutely perfect. We had two people in our party, but you could comfortably have up to four. Walking distance from downtown made this an awesome location!

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s close to downtown & the beaches, beautifully decorated & designed as well. The bed was so comfy. The living area as well as bathroom were spacious & very comfortable/ well crafted for two people to have plenty of room to relax and spend time at this property.

Wonderful place! Very clean, everything I needed was there. Host was very communicative. Very close to the cute town, would love to come back in the summer. Highly recommend!

Overnight stay. Had some business in Lake City, and needed a cozy place to call home for the overnight. It was perfect!

Super cozy in-law suite attached to house. Couldn’t hear owners, but busy road could get loud at times. Close enough to cute little town, less than an hour from various tourist locations. Owners are accommodating & helpful. Quick & easy check in and check out. Affordable option for couples ( 1-2 kiddos)

Our second time staying here. It’s a perfect location, and well stocked and taken care of. We could have went without the yappy dog next door, but overall it was another great stay.

What a cool little place. Stayed for four nights. The bathroom is great, so clean and spacious. The road noise is real as others have mentioned, we kind of got used to it. The air conditioner was set up was very noisy, a mini split would make this rental so much better and quieter. We rearranged the coffee set up off of the bathroom counter to have more space for our toiletries and it worked out well. Some hangers and suitcase stands would be a great addition as well. All in all it was a good place to stay!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property in Lake City to be close to relatives (just down the street) to celebrate the Best 4th in the North. It feels like home to us now. We were happy to see this year that we have more TV available with Dish for when we need some respite from the grand kids and great grand kids!

Wonderful in-law suite! I stayed during the winter and enjoyed the electric fireplace while I relaxed after work. Much like a hotel suite, equipped with small fridge and coffee machine. Bed is SUPER comfy! Host was quick to reply to all questions. Can’t wait to visit again!!

The property was perfect for us

Place was perfect. Cozy, beautiful, relaxing. Was a little disappointed I couldnt cook anything, but regardless of that… I would 100% recommend this spot, and definitely would book again. Owners were spot on, communication was amazing, and the shower 🔥🔥🔥 LOOOOVED THE SHOWER.

I have been coming to lake city for years. I have family up here and am always looking for cute and affordable rental properties when I come into town. This one checks all the boxes. Located in town, very close to the beach. It is on the main road so you will hear cars, but it didn’t really bother me at night as traffic slows down pretty early. The space is absolutely perfect and so charming and cozy. I felt completely at home. It has everything you need (minus a kitchen but there is a fridge and microwave and coffee maker) and the hosts are so kind. Making sure I had everything I needed for my short stay. This place will likely be my go to when I come into town to visit family. It’s just perfect.

Location was great as we were just a few minutes from the relatives we were visiting just down the street for the Best 4th in the North. All the events were at their house and it was great that we didn't have far to travel after a long day/evening to get to our rental. The house was very nice and the host was great. We're kinda bed snobs because we have a sleep number bed, but the bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies every night.
