The apartment is on the ground floor of an end of terrace Victorian house converted into 6 apartments. Apartment 2 has it's own designated parking space on site and separate entrance. The front door enters into the fitted, equipped kitchen that leads through to the open plan lounge and conservatory. It has 1 double bedroom, a separate bathroom with over shower, basin and toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with small basin and toilet. Outside there is a private terrace withtable and chairs for outdoor dining and space for bikes, surfboards etc. and a second entrance into the apartment into the conservatory.

It is in a quiet location yet within easy access of the beaches, shops and restaurants of St. Ives only 5 minutes walk away.

    The location is perfect and only a few minutes walk away from the beach and vibrant town & eateries.But, unfortunately the apartment needs some updating. The windows and doors don’t close properly in the conservatory! One of the bedrooms smelt damp, the room with two single beds! The main bathroom has wobbly floor tiles, near the sink and toilet!The outside gate was literally hanging off the wall!But St Ives is amazing and if these changes could be addressed then this will benefit your future guests and reviewers.

    Second time we have stayed. Everything was in order. Very comfortable. Perfect location. Nothing to fault. 5 mins to beach/5 mins to train/4 mins to shops.

    Great little property which is deceptively spacious and well priced. The property was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic parking and ease to walk everywhere in st Ives. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

    The property was in a good location very clean and tidy with nice parking space. The only thing is that there is a leak in the conservatory it was not a problem for me but will need addressing as it is causing a lot of damage to this lovely property. Look forward to staying there again

    Great place to stay in St Ives....easy access, the great advantage of a parking space and still only 5 minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and similar distance into town. We'll be back!
