I had a last minute change of plans and needed to find housing my daughter and I with a days notice. This unit was available so I jumped on it. It did not disappoint. The neighborhood is up and coming, with a Trader Joe’s, full of new restaurants and things to do. The unit was over appointed with all kitchen equipment you could ever desire plus a washer and dryer! And with close proximity to the Metro. This was an excellent stay and I highly recommend.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood near the capital with lots of amenities nearby. The property was very clean and private. The upstairs residents were more quiet than we expected and made for an enjoyable stay. Communication with property manager was a bit of a struggle. To their credit, they proactively asked on day 1 how our stay was going. Informed them the hot water was barely lukewarm and there was no effort to resolve the issue in the next two days of our stay. Were told the upstairs residents said it was hot for them and suggested we run the water for a couple of minutes to see if it would heat up. Of course this happened as we took at least 6 showers during our stay and never had hot water. After confirming we did, in fact, let the water run, there was never a response or effort to resolve the issue. That was disappointing. Pack your own detergent if you expect to do laundry. Could not find any, and inquiries into where it might be also went unanswered. If they fix the water, this would be a great choice if coming to DC.

Just a short walk to the Metro in NOMA, property was spotless and very cozy. Everything we used worked and the rooms were nicely decorated. Only suggestions would be a handrail down th e steps to the door and a luggage rack. We would stay there again.

First time visiting Washington DC, great place to stay! Everything is close by and easy walking distance. Whole Foods is an excellent place to get some food! Love the flexibility of the VEO scooters and little bikes to get around to see the city. This place is quiet and has all the amedities you need. Washer and dryer was perfect for a quick wash. The only thing missing was maybe a hotel safe for us. But that is very minor issue honestly. Parking our vehicule was a breaze and a big plus for us choosing this location. Highly recommend !

Wonderful little apartment, perfect for a weekend stay in DC! The hosts were incredibly attentive, and it's in a great area, central to a metro stop and several grocery stores. I've already recommended this to other friends, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in DC.
