The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, allowing visitors to prepare meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the apartment. Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona. Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
