The rental price includes one set of bed linens and bath towels per stay. Please be aware that a number of additional services are payable directly on-site, including a final cleaning fee, a city tax of 4.00 Euros per person per day applicable to guests aged 18 and over, a daily electricity fee, a late check-in surcharge applicable for arrivals after 9:00 PM, and a baby cot upon request. The third single bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning. Should the house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.
