A final cleaning fee and a city tax of 4 euros per person, per day are applicable to all stays. A cot is available upon request. Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 21:00. Guests are kindly asked to respect the house rules, as penalties may be applied in specific cases of non-compliance.
