Stayed Apr 30, 2024My brother and I stayed here for four nights. Street parking was easy, even when the other side of the street was in effect for the street sweepers/cleaning. The neighborhood is lovely, and walking to Wooster Square is easy. The Yale campus is also walkable (about 20 minutes to the bookstore) if you don't want to struggle to find parking there.

Stayed May 13, 2022We needed a family place for graduation, and this apartment worked great! Dariel, the host, was wonderful with communication. The manual he shared answered all the questions. Checking in and out was easy. There is parking right in front as well. It's a 20 mins walk to Yale campus area, so easy to access, but also a nice reprieve from the busyness of the center of town. The street is quite cute with lovely older homes. New Haven has some dicey areas, but we felt safe walking back and forth from campus.
