For monthly bookings (28 nights and more), electricity and water are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately based on the following rates:

+ Water: 100,000 VND per person per month (based on the number of registered guests)

- We’ll send you meter photos when you check in and out. You can pay the total via multiple playment method or in cash before check-out.
