Lovely 1 Bedroom Apartment, onsite coin op Laundry

The apartment is furnished lovely and well stocked with extras. Laundry is located in the room adjacent and is coin operated so bring quarters. It is a drive to central Fairbanks and other attractions so you must have a car. Great space to relax.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The apartment was very clean, had cooking utensils, snacks available, and a few toiletries! I would stay here again!

A lot of small details in addition to the cleanliness and excellent communication with the administrator. Fridge had some goodies waiting for me, toiletries . I will stay again!

This was a clean and cute apartment that was a perfect stop for us. I loved the decor. Everything was comfortable and welcoming. Great bed. Wonderful shower. I liked the laundry so close. Nice snacks. Manager was quick with all concerns. I'd definitely recommend it to friends

The apartment was very clean and had everything that I could have wanted for a week stay. I was very pleased that the pictures shown, when I was looking to rent, matched exactly to what I experienced in person. Very nice apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was my second stay at this location in the past few months. I will use them again when I return to Fairbanks.

The owner Shon is easy to reach and will respond to any questions right away. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed for a couple nights stay. Clean.
