This unit is on the second floor, and access is gained via a circular staircase with narrow risers. It is very difficult to navigate while carrying luggage. I fell when we were leaving, because you can't see well where the stairs end and the concrete begins. We went on hikes rated difficult with no problem, but I fell on their stairs. The only place I saw it mentioned about the stairs was in another comment, after we arrived. The unit is accessed through a gate in a fence, clearly marked BEWARE OF DOG with a number of signs. We never saw or heard a dog, so maybe that is security? But it was worrisome when we arrived. The access box is an antiquated realtor lock box, difficult to use. The bath tub drain was so slow we showered in ankle deep water. We told the owner on the second day, but nothing was done while we were there. We were told we could park on the drive in front of the gate, but the owner parked there every day. And there are chickens and a rooster either on their property or next door. The unit itself is fine, but I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Everything was great! Everything we needed for a little trip to Phoenix! Very cozy!

As advertised. Very clean and livable. Perfect for one or two people. Not much going on in the near vicinity, but if this is the area you want to stay it's great.

Last minute spring training getaway to see my son with the Mariners organization. Room was perfect, location was close to the Peoria Sports Complex and Shane was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay. I recommend unless you are handicapped and not able to go up stairs.
