Ideal location to be close to all the attractions to visit in Rome.

Fantastic location, property as advertised.

Location for walking: less than 30 to train, Vatican, Forum, coliseum, Trevi, Pantheon… If you are a walker and reasonably nimble (for loft access) it is a great choice for cost.

great little home base while in Rome! good location - right next to a bus stop which we used to get to & from the train station and the colosseum. the place is walking distance from all the other sightseeing destinations which was awesome. we didn't cook anything but nice to have the option!

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a bus stop that goes to the train station, and is an easy walk to some of the sites like Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Vatican.The kitchen is nice, the wifi is good & the living area and bed are comfortable.The only thing I would warn about is that you have to climb a very steep ladder to get up to the loft area where the bed is. It was fine for us, as we’re in our 20s, but I could see it as a problem for older people.Also, the hot water tank is super small, so don’t take long showers, and be a quick as possible, or you will be freezing cold. We only had a real problem with it the first night, but once we figured it out, and sped through our showers, it was fine.

Loft ladder lacks a protective railing that is a law suit or death waiting to happen. There are mosquitoes in the bath area and continuing throughout the living areas. Hot water usage appears to be timed to fewer than three minutes. In short, this is a basement flat with neighbors passing by sheer window with their pets at all hours. I don't recommend staying here, sorry.

The neighborhood is very iffy to say the least, maybe sketchy might be a better word. The location is very close to the river. Very easy to get To some very nice places to eat. The listing should say that you have to climb a ladder to get to the bed, And if you are not really sure of yourself on stairs, I wouldn’t stay here. Could also use an update on the bathroom and the attention to cleanliness is a little spotty.

The apartment is in a great location and is pretty spacious, so it is a shame that it was not an enjoyable place to be. It was so dirty when we arrived that we spent our first morning cleaning the surfaces and floors, and still it smelled of mildew the entire time. The shower water only stays hot for about 5 minutes so you will get used to freezing showers, especially if you have two people. Stay somewhere else to actually enjoy your vacation.
