After driving five hours to the property, we were unable to access the unit at check-in due to incorrect and delayed door codes following a unit change by the owner. Despite multiple messages from me and repeated attempts by VRBO agency to contact the owner. We were locked out for over two hours. As a mother traveling with my son, and with it getting dark in an unfamiliar area, we were forced to book another place to stay. A VRBO representative ultimately helped us locate alternate accommodations at the last minute. Although a door code was eventually sent with an apology after basically begging for a code -it arrived after we had already booked another hotel. I followed up stating other accommodations were made. All follow-up communication consisted of automated messages, including instructions to “enjoy your stay” and later how to check out, despite the fact that we never accessed or stayed in the unit. No one from the property reached out personally. Please read prior reviews carefully regarding owner responsiveness. When access issues occur, timely and personal communication is critical. My hope is that sharing this experience prevents another family from going through the same situation. I should have heeded the previous reviews. As well as my funds were tied from having to pay for two different hotels. Thanks

Location was perfect. Close to river district, many shops and restaurants. Coffee shop right around the side of building. The loft itself was a disappointment. The interior was a little shop worn. It advertises it sleeps 4 , but the pull out sofa mattress had blood stains and appeared unsanitary. Also No sheet or blanket was provided for the sofa. Sent a text to management but never received a reply.

Cleaners arrived after check-in to clean the apartment. There were no trash bags in the apartment. Pull out mattress in the couch had multiple stains on it. Overall the place did not feel very clean. Communication with the property manager seemed automated, did not feel like I was talking to a real person.

This was a great location for historic district of Savannah! Very walkable to many restaurants and meeting locations of tours. It was a good place to stay to only sleep. There was no sheets for the pull out couch, spotty wifi, no cable or streaming service on the tv as the roku remote was missing, and missing curtains in the front room. The curtains only covered half of each of the 2 windows, so if someone was staying on the couch, then that would have been difficult to sleep there.

I stayed here for a week with no tv and very slow to non existent internet. Contacted the host multiple times with either we’ll check on it or no response at all. You can’t even log in to the tv with your own logins because the tv won’t hook to their internet. If you have issues while staying at this property you are on your own. There were two rolls of toilet paper for a week long stay and it is very noisy with traffic all day and all night. Just bad service all the way around.

The location of this place was great. Very convenient to River Street and Broughton Street shopping. However, problems started right at check in. I agreed to pay for an early check in. When checking in the batteries to the lock were dead (it happens). I waited outside the door for 25 min while my family sat in the car for a maintenance guy to come. He got us in, but the code that was given to me did not work. When I shared that the code given to me was not working, I was just told that it should be working. No apology, eventually I was given a back up. I had to ask them to waive the check in fee, which I would have hoped would have been offered proactively. I sent a message saying a sorry would go a long way, still nothing. To top it off, there were no sheets for the pull out couch, and only one roll of toilet paper. I let the manager know, no response until the message came through saying we hoped you enjoyed your stay. If you just want convenience, and the bare minimum, and no help if anything comes up, this is your place.

The property is located directly on Bay Street with views of Savannah City Hall and the Upper Level of River Street. Even though it faces the street, the property is very quiet. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of River Street as well as City Market and SCAD. Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment are close and plentiful. Street parking is convenient. Just make note of street sweeping days or you will be ticketed and/or towed. I suggest the nearby parking garage and purchase the 48° visitor pass. I had a slight delay with my check-in but the owner responded and corrected the issue immediately. Access into the unit was easy. The full kitchen is nice for those who don’t always want to eat out at restaurants. The in unit laundry is a plus. If you’re looking for a great spot to stay that is walkable to all downtown Savannah has to offer, this property nicely fits the bill. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. It is small, but we really only needed a place to rest after walking the city and to sleep. It was nice that the unit has a washer and dryer as one of the days it poured, so we were able to throw our wet clothes in the dryer! The best part of the unit is the location. It was absolutely perfect. Close to the river and easy walking to the 22 parks and other sightseeing locations! We'll definitely book here the next time we visit Savannah!
