Nice place

The apartment was well stocked and very clean . The location was perfect to walk to the downtown locations . It was decorated in a very modern matter and very spacious for two people .

This apartment was perfect! Walking distance to the Apalachicola shops and restaurants. Super roomy, comfy, sparkling clean, and a nice view! The porch outside was our favorite part. Spent time out there relaxing, reading, and eating. It was stairs to carry luggage up but it was worth it. Had a fun guestbook to read everyone’s experiences here. Thanks Patti! Bonus the shop downstairs was fun too!

Very easy checkin. Property was lovely, had everything we needed plus a few extras. Our stay was short, but we were able to walk to explore the immediate area.

Very nice unit with a great location for the downtown area. Unit was clean and host was great.

The home was great. The fact that you can walk to everything in Apalachicola is fantastic. Other than going out to St George Island we never had to start the car. 2 breweries (soon to be 3), restaurants, bars, and shopping all within a couple of blocks. We had a great time!

We have stayed here before and one of the reason we returned were the hosts Great folks very accommodating It’s a great location and very comfortable We will definitely stay here again Thank you

We came down for an extended weekend and it was the perfect spot for us! It was walking distance to everything and the place way great! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and coffee from the store below which was so good! I am an artist and loved the artwork on the walls. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our accommodations! The space was very clean and comfortable. Nice touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen island when we walked in, a bottle of wine, and coffee. We were able to walk to all of our favorite restaurants, watering holes, and stores. Patti was very helpful and gracious! We can’t wait to come back!

We booked this loft for our daughter and son-in-law to stay in for a couple of nights after their wedding until they left for their honeymoon. It was great!! The host was so sweet, she even had flowers and chocolate to congratulate them on their marriage. The place was super clean. It would be great for a week stay or a short stay like theirs. It is in a very convenient location. They especially love the porch.

We so enjoyed our stay. Loved the home and the folks in Apalachicola! The space is downtown, but tucked away just enough to make for a restful weekend! Can’t wait to come again!
