Stayed Oct 14, 2025Host canceled by text, but when I called VRBO to check on refund status they said host hasn’t canceled through them.

Stayed May 19, 2025Owner accused me of not leaving the key in the master Lock which I did. He threatened to charge me for an extra night even after he found the key. Never apologized. Dishonest owner. Apartment was not clean. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper when we checked in.
