The space
INDEPENDENT LOFT.. MAX THREE ADULTS (1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SINGLE BED..)With a ground-floor entrance where you’ll have your own private garage to keep your car safe. You can park your car however and whenever you like, access it with a remote control, and then close the overhead door. From there, you exit the parking space through a door and enter the loft, where you’ll find a coat rack.. dresser... You enter through another door, which leads back into the heart of the loft, where there is a double bed, a fireplace, a window, radiators, a stove, a TV, and a washing machine; a fully equipped kitchen with a counter and stools, a refrigerator, and a freezer... a small bedroom with a single bed and a clothes rack... and a FULL bathroom with toilet and shower without a step. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. PETS ARE ALLOWED ❤️🐾

The accommodations are very centrally located and very close to all essential shops, including the post office, bank, and SUPERMARKETS OF ALL KINDS. It’s very close to the sea in Pomezia, Torvaianica, and Anzio. AND TO LAKE CASTEL GANDOLFO / LAKE NEMI, THE POPE’S SUMMER RESIDENCE... AND ALL THE TOWNS OF THE ROMAN CASTLES
Among the very picturesque towns worth visiting, just a 5-minute drive away are CASTEL GANDOLFO, ARICCIA, ALBANO LAZIALE, and GENZANO,ROCCA DI PAPA, NEMI, MARINO, GROTTAFERRATA, FRASCATI..
FOR GOLF ENTHUSIASTS, JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY BY CAR IS THE ‘CLUB COUNTRY GOLF CASTEL GANDOLFO.’

Guest Access
Guests may use the garage for their car and all other areas inside the house.... A small closet in the apartment will remain locked, as it contains luggage entrusted to me for safekeeping. Thank you

Other things to keep in mind
No parties... loud music... or... loud noise. Please respect the environment and the items you use, just as you would in your own home. Smoking is allowed only outside the loft room. Pets are allowed

YOU MAY NOT LEAVE THE LIGHTS, GAS, OR FANS ON WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT HOME..
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT; YOU MAY SMOKE IN THE GARAGE OR OUTSIDE..
DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE OR ANY OF THE ITEMS ON IT, SUCH AS POTS, PLATES, GLASSES, ETC... ETC...
REGARDING UTILITIES, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT...

Utilities are included in the price of your stay up to 50 euros per month for each utility—electricity, gas, and water.
If you exceed 50 euros in monthly expenses for electricity, gas, and water... you will be responsible for the difference.
