Located in Cherry Valley, IL on the outskirts of Rockford. The area is a quirky mix of rural, commercial and retail—and while not the most scenic neighborhood around, I can't emphasize enough how convenient it is.

Close to everything — a great bar & grill (Drink), a pizza place, a Chinese restaurant, a wine and cigar shop, and a pack & ship store are all steps out the door. Eggsclusive Cafe is great for breakfast/brunch . Walgreens, Circle K Gas & Convenience Store, Several fast food places and a Schnuck's grocery store are all in the immediate vicinity.

Cherry Vale Mall, is a regional mall with Macy's, JC Penney, H&M, Barnes & Noble, a food court, Tilted- Bowling, arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, miniature golf, food & drink. Menards is directly behind the property and has some great deals on grocery items. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is 3 mins away.

It's charming, historic with restaurants and bars, Cattle & Cream (a great ice creamery and butcher shop), a post office a nice library and a an apple orchard. Baumann Park is great for walking and is connected to the path system located across the street. There's also Puri Family YMCA just minutes away for those that would like to get some activity in.
