LOCATION As central as it gets for the perfect Grand Junction vacation!

The purple penthouse was centrally located. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were large and well stocked with basic needs. Our only issue was the short cushions on the couch that felt as though the springs might have popped through the under cushion. We didn't use the pull out so not sure if that was a cause. Would stay here again!

Extremely uncomfortable couch. I was not impressed with the cleanliness either, there was an obvious poop stain on the matress cover once we removed the bedding on the king matress. Top of the fridge is very dusty & the toilet was not clean. I was grateful to have a place to stay & visit my family but for what I was charged I expected the house to be spotless.

This was located centrally, we were able to explore and come back to a nice comfortable place to relax at night. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for moving a kid into college. Close enough to help out but far enough to let them figure some stuff out! There are steps up to the apartment so if you don't want to do steps, then not the place for you. Off street parking, AC worked well, coffee was great and all the essentials that you need!

This was a great place for us to explore the town and the college. Centrally located we were able to walk a lot of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. We will stay again for sure when we visit.

Really couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were in town for a campus visit at Colorado Mesa University, and the location was literally a couple blocks away from the school. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The place was extremely clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, tools, etc. Could have easily stayed in for several days and cooked for myself. Rooms were comfortable, and the check-in process was easy as can be. Didn't have to communicate with the owners at all while I was there as everything went smoothly, but they were quick to communicate when I booked and responded quickly when I messaged them to let them know I checked out. If I head back to Grand Junction, I'd likely be looking to see if this place is booked. Easy to see why this place is rated 5-stars by everyone who has stayed. Highly recommended!

Cozy abode with all the amenities of home.

Very comfortable stay for three retired sisters on a sister trip. Clean comfortable and wonderful hosts. Perfect for us.

Hosts were very accommodating, let us change our dates with no issues. They also let us have an early check in early with problem. They had just used a new cleaner so there was some issues with some things being missed in-between cleaning and out of stock items (garbage bags, laundry soap, missing remote) but hosts were on top of it all. Would stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay! We were so close to everything we wanted to see! The best part is being walking distance to the park with an awesome playground! My kids loved it so much that we went everyday before dinner to play and burn off more steam. The place was cozy and welcoming, my only comments would be the addition of blackout curtains instead of light filtering in the bedrooms and the dishwasher itself is a bit wobbly. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Blown away. A little tricky to find at night but this place is well worth it. Clean, roomy, can easily take a family of 3-5 here. Great location too. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. Loved driving downtown (a mile away maybe) for dinners and the fireworks for the fourth were a block away. Great location for the holidays. We explored the area and came away impressed! Thank you!!!!

The “penthouse” was perfect for my family of 4 when we were in town for a softball tournament. The location was super convenient to everywhere we needed to be and the house itself was perfect - clean and cool and exactly as advertised.
