Description

You will absolutely love this location. Great view from the front door. Just down the stairs and a few steps, you are at a public beach access. We have everything you need from pitchers to make mojitos to beach toys to umbrellas. Yes, there are floaties as well:). Just a couple blocks from Time Square and the pier. In the middle of so many great restaurants and bars. Parasailing, jet skis rental, and dolphin tours very close. The apartment is loaded with anything you may have forgotten.
The space
The space is smaller but the location is perfect for all the places you'd like to see in FMB. We added a murphy bed so larger groups could stay. Down the steps of the balcony and your at the public beach access!
Guest access
There laundry down the left of the stairway balcony if needed.
Other things to note
Lani Kai hotel next door can be loud at night sometimes. We just turn the fan on in the bathroom.

The Lani Kai's dumpster is an eye swore. We have never had a smelling issue but it could happen.

This area is a bit of a party area. There are ways to get away from that on the beach if needed.

If you have too much luggage a trick we learned is to keep it open and slide it under the bed.

This rental is set up perfectly for the family who loves to stay at the beach all day. The unit is well setup for having home cook meals versus eating out every night. The front has a nice double chair for relaxing in the shade with an early morning cup of coffee or late afternoon cocktail. If there is a downside the unit sits right behind the Lani Kai Resort service area and street access to the beach bar. There is a lot of activity down there and loud live bands that play well into the night. I'm not saying that is bad, I enjoyed the shows. Sure, Margaritaville is a short walk away but to enter the pool/bar area is a day pass starting at 75 per person. It's nice and all but the Beach is really why you're there and the sunset!

Location was perfect!! Literally steps away from beach and a very short walk to Times Square for shops, bars and restaurants. The unit had anything you could possibly need. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Very clean. There was a parking spot for this unit right outside the building. Don’t look any further. This place has it all!!

The property and location were great but the weather was bad 2 out the 4 days. Of course you cannot control the weather...lol
