Stayed Jul 18, 2022This rental was for a mother-daughter trip. The room was very clean, AC worked great, full supply of dishes to cook with, plenty of space for two adults. Guarenteed parking spot for the condo. The location is great for either a walk or a quick drive to the beach, Winn Dixie, downtown shops and more. The only negatives from our experience- According to the descriptions, there was full bedding for the pull out sofa in our room including sheets and blankets. When we arrived, there was only a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a single pillow case for the three pillows. After calling the off hours manager, he apologized and called for house keeping. (Since i saw complaints about not being able to reach them, the after hours manager's phone number is listed in the packet you get at check in, incase someone needa that in the future) He returned my call and said they were on the way with pillow cases, but that they do not provide a blanket or comfort or for the pull out bed. I explained it was listed on their description which was the only reason we didn't bring one. I continued that we would get one from Walmart. The after hours manager offered to reimburse me for the blanket. I lost the receipt so I didn't follow through with his offer. But I do appreciate the attempt to make it right. However the next two days I received an excess of phone calls. When I did answer and explained what had happened a different manager said that yes they could have gotten a blanket. Regardless, I would suggest some additional communication system between the day time managers and after hours. For anyone staying who plans to use the pull out, I would suggest bringing a blanket just incase. Also, I did not bring this up to managemnet because it did not effect our stay. Several dishes (especially pots and pans) were put away dirty with oil and food still on them. This could have been a previous tenant and it is unrealistic to expect house keeping to check every single dish, so we just washed everything we used before we used it. Id suggest the same for anyone staying in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022It was very difficult to reach out after hour office staff. When I finally did their phone sound was so poor that I could barely hear them. After checking in I found out that there was only 1 bed in the room which was not as described and. It as pictures. I called the property management and she did have me credit for one night and promised to switch me to a different property after 2 days. Today is the day that we were supposed to switch and now no one from the office is answering my phone or email. We are now stuck in our room, neither we can switch or make plans to go outside. Not to mention we have to pack everything again and it ruined a day. Not to mention the tv in our room was not working also and no one came to fix it aftwr reporting it to the property manager few times. My daughter was bored. This was the worse nightmare of our vacation history and will never use verbo for vacation ever again. Will also spread the word in social media and with friends and family. No one deserve this kind of trouble after paying thousands of dollar. Even motel 6 does better than this.
