Located in the heart of lovely College Park easy access to downtown Orlando.

The property was very nice and well located. the owner was charming and very helpful. I would like to go back and stay next time I am in Orlando. nothing negative to say.

The perfect location. Cute neighborhood with a bunch of food options within walking distance, great as a home base while exploring the city. The Host is amazing, responsive, and genuinely cares that you have a great experience. The unit itself is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and restful spot.My wife and I had a great long weekend in Orlando that was amplified by our stay here. We are looking forward to our next visit to Orlando and staying again!

This was our first time in a VRBO. We usually just do hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it is to have a little space and be able to cook a meal. This property is very clean and Louise has added everything you could think of to make it special. You also have your own private drive way for parking off street. We'll definitely be looking for this listing again the next time we visit our new grand baby in Orlando. Thanks so much Louise.

A wonderful retreat. Great neighborhood, private, quiet with convenient access to I-4. Can't wait to go back.

This was a wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and was very clean upon arrival. It smelled nice when I walked in also. The bed is super comfortable and I thought it was a nice touch that there was a fluffy pillow and a less fluffy pillow for those who like flatter pillows. The shower has nice water pressure and they must have a softener bc it didn’t smell like chlorine. Mrs. Louise is very easy to communicate with which is nice. I had zero issues during my stay but I’m sure they would’ve been promptly taken care of. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and there is hardly any road noise. It was a cozy peaceful place to stay I would definitely recommend!

I rented this property for a work trip to Orlando. The apartment was clean, well kept and convenient. Louise was communicative through out the entire process and checked in regularly. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment within walking distance to a beautiful lake and shops and restaurants! It's in a very nice neighborhood and the property is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Louise (the property manager) is so accommodating, responsive and very nice!

Louise's apartment is well-appointed and a wonderful upgrade from staying at a downtown hotel. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood where we walked to breakfast (Cups & Pups was terrific) and enjoyed short drives to both dinner and an event in the city. Louise was also very thoughtful in providing some dinner ideas, and her communication was timely. A terrific VRBO experience!

Too small for two senior adults, 9 night stay. Very steep stairs. Squeaky floors, slow to get hot water. Poor bathroom lighting. But good location, good neighborhood. Just did not work for us. We normally rent a larger unit but no availability in College Park.

Love the neighborhood, within easy walking to coffee, grocery, parks & lakes, stadiums and downtown. Quiet and cozy apartment. When we had difficulty with the internet, we contacted the manager who quickly resolved the issue. Small apartment has everything we needed for our stay - microwave, coffee maker (and coffee), fridge, toaster oven. We were out all day exploring and enjoying the area and it was nice to return to a comfortable space.
