Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a large group for a funeral and we had enough space for everyone. One note, the twin beds are bunk beds that are suspended. Beautiful property and adorable horses too.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding weekend. Great location, centrally located to lots of great options from Telluride to Mesa Verde and all the small towns in the area. Apartment had everything we needed (even coffee and filters that a prior guest mentioned they had to go buy some). Lori and Tim are gracious hosts, willing to provide assistance but not intrusive at all.
