Stayed May 31, 2026This was perfect for us as a stop-over on a longer road trip! Hosts are as kind as can be and so helpful. Location worked very nicely for visiting Mesa Verde. And the view on the property cannot be beat!

Stayed May 23, 2025Had a great stay- about 5 min from Dolores, 10 min from Cortez on a county road. Good people. Lots of farms, nice sunsets... we would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a large group for a funeral and we had enough space for everyone. One note, the twin beds are bunk beds that are suspended. Beautiful property and adorable horses too.
