Very clean spacious apartment that was very comfortable. Located within walking distance of several swimming spots and old town.

The apartment is very clean, new, quiet and had everything we needed. Mario made an excellent restaurant recommendation. It feels removed from the city, but is really just a short stroll to the waterfront.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and a third person can sleep on couch in comfort. The well equipped kitchen and bathroom provided everything we needed. The apartment was close to restaurants, grocery stores, public transit, and only ten minutes walking from the riva and old city. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet and secure.The clothes washer and clothes line were very convenient and the apartment had good a/c. The apartment was located on floor above ground level so not too many stairs.

Mario’s place was a great choice for our first time to Split. It was modern, clean, and offered everything we needed during our stay. Also, its proximity to the city center was perfect. It was a quick, easy walk away. Mario himself was great. He met us when we arrived to give us the keys and to even show us our parking spot. He was very responsive up to and throughout the stay.

Apartment was really clean and comfortable. Mario is such a nice host. The area is quiet and close to the old town. Only a short walk of 5 mins to the city center and the beach, you'll sleep also good in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment from July 17 to 26, 2023. The apartment was very well equipped with modern appliances, air conditioning, HDTV sets in the main room and bedroom, ample storage, etc. The bathroom is large and has excellent facilities including a clothes washer and full-size shower. During our stay, we followed the owner’s requests to turn off the air conditioning and lights when he left, etc. as well. We had major problems with a minor issue, the expresso coffee maker, which was clearly broken, as it leaked coffee from everywhere when turned on. We reported the coffee problem by email on Wednesday, June 21 after which the same gentleman who let us into the apartment showed up. He was pleasant enough but could barely speak or understand English and knew less about the coffee maker than we did. At one point, he accused us of breaking the coffee machine which we immediately corrected him on – it was broken before we arrived and should have been replaced before we even got there. He didn’t offer to replace the machine, report the problem, or take any other corrective action, he just left us without a coffee maker. My wife and I then spent the rest of the afternoon in town trying to find a machine in the old town of Split, which we did at our own expenses which we subsequently left at the apartment. We have not asked to be compensated for the cost of the new machine. In my email complaint about this coffee situation, I also mentioned that there was no microw

Lovely well appointed apartment, close to old town and marina. Needed nothing, everything we could possibly want was available. Parking on street, but could be tricky. We never moved our car for fear of losing our space.

This was property was such a hidden Gem for Split! The apartment was very clean, huge shower, a nice bedroom with A/c as well as A/c in Living room. The property owners do not speak much English, but that did not hinder the experience at all because you can tell they really care about making you feel comfortable and they did, so Thank you. I will be booking this property every time I return to Split....5 stars all around!

Great spot close to old town and the pier. Very modern apartment with all the needed items

We choose this location because it was between the Marjan Forest Park and Diocletian's Palace. The Park was amazing and had many trails to run/walk/bike on for all activity levels. Be sure to go to the lookouts on the hilltops to enjoy the views of Split. The grocery was across the street, restaurants in walking distance, and a low key location made it just right. The owner was easy to work with and the apartment is spacious, clean, and modern.
