Llanes: Apartment/ flat - Llanes

We loved staying here. The apartment is perfect for two, very well equipped with all amenities nearby. The supermarket is literally just across the road and free parking is on hand - we didn't need to use the garage. Posada is a small town with plenty of independent shops and cafes and is very convenient for the wonderful beaches along the coast ( our favourite was Belezu) and Llanes itself is only ten minutes away. The information provided by Rosa, our host, was really helpful and she was great to communicate with. Highly recommended.

We have just completed a very long tour around Europe, staying in a variety of accommodation types. I think this is the best equipped property we have ever experienced. Together with the hosts attention to detail and generous “extras”, we simply could not have asked for more. The property is well positioned for access (via car) to beaches and mountains, with plenty of available restaurants nearby. If we had to be critical, the property is quite close to a very busy road, which made noise a bit of an issue during the day (not at night at all). This problem was most evident because during our stay, there was continuous heavy goods vehicle movement passing the property in connection with building/engineering works on a site a few hundred metres away. This is not Rosa’s problem - she was exceptionally helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

A really nice comfortable apartment for two, with a patio and garden, close to all amenities. Rosa the owner was extremely helpful.

Rosa had provided everything we needed in this lovely, comfortable property-even bathrobes and slippers -much appreciated! The location is perfect- close to shops, restaurants, loads of beaches and the mountains- and in the second week of June, everything was open and there were no queues. Really great!

A well equipped apartment with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A large bedroom with a king sized bed and plenty of storage space. Masses of hot water and a good shower room. As we walked most days we only sat out and ate one evening and found the view to the side of the apartment block opposite very pleasant looking towards the mountains. Rosa is a charming lady, full of information and very accomodating. The only reason to give 4 stars is that I did think that it would be very cramped for 4 people. For 2 people a very big 5 star. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thank you Rosa.

Posada provides a fantastic base to explore this region of the Asturias.The coast which is within a few minutes drive has some of the best coastal walks and beaches that you could possibly wish for and if you drive south for less than an hour, you can find yourself in the heart of the beautiful Picos de Europa.The apartment is very well equipped and furnished and despite arriving late, we had a very warm welcome from Rosa and her son David, the only downside to the apartment is the proximity of the quite busy main road, but from within the flat, you would hardly notice it. Posada is an unspoilt, working Spanish town, with several bars and restaurants, a supermarket about 2 minutes walk away and a similar walk to the town square, where you will find a great butchers shop and a good market on Friday's. A great place to stay and we will hope to return soon. Thank you Rosa.

This place is absolutely amazing! The layout and decor is perfect for a couple. I loved enjoying the sun on the large patio. The little town, Posada, has everything you could want within walking distance: nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, markets. About a half hour walk from the beach, or a very short drive. The hiking around the area is stunning, highly recommended. My husband and I stayed for two months in the fall and it turned out to be exactly the kind of vacation we were looking for. We come from the city so it was a relief to enjoy a quiet spot. I strongly recommend this place if you're looking to enjoy Asturias. Very warm welcome from Rosa and Family.The flat is very fonctionnal for 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Well located near Posada center,10 mns from the beaches by bike and 30 mns by car to the mountain walks.We''ve enjoyed our stay in Posada very much and we''ll go again.
