Stayed Apr 1, 2025This was the perfect place for my two and a half month stay in Denver. Just three blocks from my daughter and son in law and new baby grandson! The unit was clean and well supplied with all of the essentials. Only saw the property manager once when I moved in but had no problems so no need to find him. Would definitely recommend this unit and would rent it again if the need arises. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 26, 2022The newly nicely finished basement unit has well defined living spaces that are bigger than picture indicates. There is a decent amount of natural light, but there is also plenty of recessed lighting on dimmer switches. Bathroom is a big room with oversized shower. Great water pressure. Bed is very comfortable. The shared space is secure which is also where washer and dryer are located. Parking in back alley makes access to house very easy. I did hear some movement from upstairs unit but nothing distracting. The location is a dream. Home is located in a residential neighborhood of mostly older brick bungalows. Walkable Sloans Lake to the west and an easy drive to Speer that takes you into the heart of Denver to the east. I enjoyed the unit and it's location. Marla was easy to do business with. The unit could be my forever home.
