Little Gem is a recently renovated, two-bedroom, top floor apartment within a beautiful Victorian house with the added benefit of parking. The apartment has fabulous views out across the Harbour, continuing out to sea and across the Atlantic Ocean, an ever-changing scene throughout the year.

The apartment is in an ideal location to stroll down into the town and sample the delights of the St Ives art scene, Blue Flag beaches, independent shops and award-winning restaurants.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan, the living area offering luxurious soft furnishings, a Smart TV with DVD player and Velux Cabrio viewing balcony to take advantage of the glorious vistas.

The sleek, high gloss kitchen incorporates a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven and hob. The dining table comfortably seats up to five guests.

The master bedroom is bright and comfortable with a double bed and Smart TV with DVD player. The second bedroom two has bunk beds.

    The Little Gem is a lovely location with a great view of the sea and St Ives. Having a coffee in the morning with that incredible view was surely one of the highlights of our stay.The location is great – it’s just a short walk to the beach and to the harbour with lots of great restaurants and pubs. The parking space is also a five-minute walk away, but it is possible to load and unload your car directly in front of the house.We would definitely love to come back one day.

    Really liked property but would think much too tiny for four adult people. 2nd room has bunk beds but very small room unless you could squeeze them into bunk beds. It is very tight to open wardrobe. We loved the property but only as as a couple. Parking is misleading. It is away from the property and difficult to access if you have any kind of health issues. We did have an allocated parking space but a car was parked along the boundary (house side) and therefore an issue getting out of allocated space.

    This was just as the photos showed - great location and an easy walk into the town and harbour with lovely views to the sea. The apartment is very small but that is indicated in the advertisement. The bathroom is particularly tiny. Opening the dormer window helps makes the rest of the space seem bigger. This was fine for a couple, but not sure how many people this apartment would realistically manage. Parents and 2 small children perhaps Nicely decorated and good quality crockery, glassware etc. Initial provisions of tea coffee milk etc were great but, for some reason, no soap or shampoo. The 2nd bedroom, with bunk beds, does not have a window. When we were there the remote to open the skylight was not working. We reported this and someone came to replace the battery, so hopefully they returned and this is now fixed otherwise there is no way to get fresh air into the room. Carparking is very useful in St Ives but the car space is quite a distance away from the apartment - a few blocks uphill. Communication with the letting company was ok but not great. Directions to the property and parking are very confusing and should be rewritten. In our correspondence re a few issues, the agent did not seem to have 100% knowledge of the property Overall, would recommend for a couple happy to climb stairs to the top floor and park at some distance.

    This is an average property if you are solo or a couple. It is too small for teenagers to use bunk beds. It is for visiting in town, not suitable as a beach get away.

    Fantastic apartment, very well finished and had everything we needed. To wake up to the sea views every morning was breathtaking. The location is perfect, close to everything but not noisy. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely a Little Gem
