Stayed Jan 12, 2025I stayed for a bit over 2 months, and it was excellent. It was exactly what I needed as I transitioned between living locations. Great neighborhood, close to fashion valley, clean, quiet, covered vehicle parking, and the owners were easy to communicate with and took great care of the property. Would happily stay again

Stayed Nov 17, 2024We stayed here for approximately one month while we were trying to find a home to rent in San Diego. This fully furnished studio with a perfect long-term stay for us. It’s an older working class neighborhood, but this unit was affordable, comfortable and in a great location. Everything is newly remodeled and in good working order. The bathroom is up a couple of steps from the main floor so you have to be comfortable with stairs.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Clean studio apartment. Just the right size and in a great location. You have your own parking spot that is covered and the neighborhood is quiet.

Stayed Aug 2, 2017The studio is absolutely beautiful. Everything is completely remodeled-hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, etc. I stayed at this studio for 8 days with my spouse and i would greatly recommend it.
