Lincoln Quarters, 2nd floor, Only 2 blocks to the center of town.

Perfect place.. we enjoyed our stay

This was a bucket list for my father who is an ex history teacher. This location and ambiance added to the experience!!! Loved it and will stay here again for sure if back at Gettysburg.

This property is well managed and maintained, is accessible to great dining options and the Historical Sites in and around town. Very walkable to most areas. Sandee, the property manager communicates well and responds to questions within minutes of asking them. Very responsive and professional

What a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and decorated very tastefully with Civil War items. Very convenient and quiet. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Property was perfect for a stay in Gettysburg. Very historical feeling, antique decor, lots of character. Close to a store if you need anything and walking distance to anywhere in the downtown area. Would recommend!

The property was really comfortable, clean, and cute. The balcony was perfect for having meals. Also, the location is perfect for walking to the historic business section as well as going grocery shopping (across the street). I would definitely like to rent this place again.

The space was perfect for the group. Well stocked, very centrally located. We had a chance to enjoy some of the historic dvds that were there; very informative.

The apartment was charming and fittingly decorated in the spirit of Gettysburg’s history. It was ideal for our group of 6, and located very close and convenient to the restaurants and shops lining Chambersburg Street and Lincoln Circle. Plus - there’s a grocery store right across the street.

Me spouse and I arrived with a daughter and two teenage grandsons to find a very clean well appointed apartment that easily housed us. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the living room had comfortable seating. We used the DVD collection to prep for our visit to the battlefield and considered using the auto guide for a tour. We did a half day college visit and tour with our 16 yr old grandson and enjoyed several dining spots - highly recommend the Springhouse Tavern at the Dobbins House! The apartment is an easy walk to downtown which was charming. Highly recommend this establishment! Sandee checked in to make sure we had all we needed - and the decor is fascinating!

We have been a guest at Sandee’s property in Gettysburg several time now. The house is wonderful - fully stocked with everything we need. The location is perfect and only a couple of blocks off the square. There is a grocery store behind the property making it easy to pick up food for our stay. We love the history of the home and the local decor is great fun. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. Home was is a great location to all the shops and restaurants. Home was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay again. Owner was great and very responsive when contacted.

We had a great experience at the property. Communication with the host was spot on - when we arrived someone had parked in our designated space and the host immediately picked up the phone and got us another spot - that was very appreciated after a 12 hour drive! The apartment was super clean and the kitchen very well stocked with plenty of Dishes, silverware, etc. There were also plenty of towels and there were box fans in each room. We were there in October and did not need the heat or AC so I can not attest to those systems. The location is perfect. We parked our car and could walk to the college and restaurants/shops, everything. If you wanted a break from eating out, there is a grocery store across the street! We would absolutely stay there again while visiting our student at the college. The only thing worth noting, and absolutely not the fault of the host, is that Middle Street can be loud and the people in the front bedrooms said that interrupted their sleep at times - but not all night by any means. Overall we really enjoyed the location and cleanliness and the fact that we could relax without being in awkward hotel rooms. dishes, silverware, glasses, etc.

I can not say enough good things about this property and the owner! It is like coming home, so comfy and perfectly located to walk to wherever we want to go. Can not wait for next year’s trip

Lincoln’s Quaters the best equipped VRBO that we have stayed in. Sandee provided numerous rolls of toilet paper, a countless number of towels, a throw blanket for the couch and nightlights in every room! She has literally thought of everything a person may need and has provided it! My family of 4 loved this warm, cozy space and we felt like we were home. We didn’t have as wonderful an experience at our VRBO near NYC because many of the above examples (and more) were NOT considered by that host. At Lincoln’s Quarters, we could absolutely tell how much thought and care were put into creating this wonderful space for visitors. 🤗 Sandee was very communicative with the checkin/checkout process and was available if we had any questions or concerns. As a Gettysburg College alumni, Lincoln’s Quarters was the perfect location for us to walk to restaurants/shops in town AND walk through campus all within a few minutes. We barely drove our car during our 3 night stay because we walked just about everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to town! Thank you, Sandee, for a fabulous stay!

Great location and nice place to relax after a busy day

A really good place to stay with a walk to most things in town. It is tranquil, with a Civil War theme inside. Would stay again. Also, the location didn't seem haunted.

This location was a great location and had all you needed for your stay. Host was very responsive and everything we very well organized and decorated. Was close to the main part of town as well.

Lincoln Quarters is perfectly located for exploring Gettysburg. As first-time visitors we didn't know the area or what to expect, but we found that it is very easy to get to everything from this property. Much is in walking distance, including restaurants and a grocery store right next to the building. Other points of interest are a short drive. The host was wonderful. Easy to communicate with and everything was just as it was supposed to be. The house is comfortable, very clean, and decorated to impress any Gettysburg/Lincoln enthusiast!

Very convenient o location, across is a grocery store. Main attraction in town are a beautiful historic 15 minute walk away and some locations of interest even closer. Decor was like being transported on time and tons of book/movies related to the civil war avaialable.seems like a simple check out so I like it so far.
