Stayed Jun 18, 2025We so enjoyed staying here - clean, modern, airy and SO very convenient! We had everything we needed in the apt. The only inconvienience was three flights of stairs - I, an older woman, found climbing with a suitcase a good workout. I'd come back here in an instant!

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We absolutely loved our experience in this clean, lovely, well-appointed apartment. Terrific location in St. Malo with beautiful street views. The apartment had everything one could need and was very cozy. Excellent communication and reception from the management. Honestly, cannot wait to visit again. Nous avons aimes notre visite dans cet appartement – il est tout beau, tout propre, tres bien situe. Communication et reception parfait, nous souhaitons revenir :)

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The apartment was as described,very clean and functional. It was a pleasure to stay there. There were some minor things missing, detergent for clothes, information in English on the functions of metal window drapes (we almost broke then due to not being able to read a notice in French left on the window sill). Coffee machine was broken. Despite these, I want to emphasize the multible good points of the apartment. Very good beds, very little noise from the streel, although there was a music festival going on. Location perfect. A lot of stairs to be climbed, this might not work for everybody. All in all, it can be recommended and I'd love to stay there again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023L'Ile aux Mouettes An excellent location and a well set out apartment. Walking distance to the beach and in the midst of restaurants and bars. There were only two of us. I would not want to stay with six people. Also it is not for anyone who has an issue with stairs.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022L'Ile aux Mouettes Excellent location! A bit of a tight squeeze if you want 6 people, so do be warned. Front door does not work so entrance to the apparentment buildingis via the back door which was always open (didn't make us feel entirely safe)... otherwise a great base for our time in Saint Malo

Stayed Sep 10, 2022L'Ile aux Mouettes Apartment was wonderful in the center of the walled-city of St. Malo. It was perfectly clean and everything we needed was there to cook (which we did with all the wonderful local products). We enjoyed the evenings on the balcony watching the comings and going’s in town. Communication was quick and very good if we had any questions & we also got good local recommendations. There are street noises in the morning if the windows are open but if you close the shutters they are not audible. My favorite things were the views from every window and that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and pool - so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great stay in St Malo!!
