Like in a boat - 2 BR with big balcony in front of the sea

Our family truly enjoyed our time at this property. The hosts are great communicating, very friendly, and also helpful. The apartment was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. There is a crosswalk to get to the beach right outside the building. The area around the building is nice and it is a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. It is on the 4th floor so we got our daily stair steps. We would stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for making our first trip to Nice an amazing one!

The apartment has an unrivaled view of the sea from a very large balcony! It is very spacious and just steps to a convenience store and the tram.

We searched endlessly for weeks when we decided to visit Nice. We looked at hotels, apartments, aparthotels, here there and everywhere. There was not a stone unturned - or so we thought. We came across VRBO and found this apartment one morning and the rest - as they say - is history. This place goes above and beyond all expectations. The winning aspect has to be the beautiful balcony and the spectacular view across the Mediterranean. But the apartment itself is wonderful. It’s spacious, light and airy and it has very conceivable mod-con you could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the options for sleeping arrangements (we used both bedrooms) are great. We have enjoyed every minute of this holiday. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for providing such an awesome opportunity.

Working with Laure and her MIL Becky was a pleasure and they are very responsive. Check in went great. Communication was timely. The star of the show is the beautiful deck overlooking the water with an awning for shade in the morning. The airport was nearby so in addition to the beach you can people watch and plane watch. (Our friend was a pilot and just loved watching the planes) Large 4th floor apartment with garage included in the price if needed. Right next door is a nice convenience store with most supplies you will need. Two bedroom/two bath as advertised with washer and clothes hanger on small back deck area. Air conditioner works great. Nice quiet master bedroom area for sleeping. Great view of Nice. Perfect area for beach because it’s less crowded than some other beach areas. Easy bus access to wherever you want to go. Big television in comfortable living area. Some furniture and decorating updates would make this place even better but would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I loved staying at this magnificent apartment and it was the highlight of our trip to France. The view of the emerald Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy, and we especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The owners were so kind and thoughtful. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and the best gelato on the planet. We loved walking the promenade and exploring Old Town Nice. Nice is rich in history. Loved bing across from the beach and being so close to public transportation. Recieved a warm and personal welcome from the owner. Loved the added touch of water, fresh fruit and cereal! Very responsive to all questions
