Outside space
Perfect for an evening aperitif, the second bedroom opens out onto a small balcony. In addition, from the ground floor there is also access to a communal garden.

Bedrooms
There are three double bedrooms; two double and the master bedroomhas a two-mattress super king-size bed. Beautifully decorated in a Provençal style with magnificent antique furniture and French windows, all three face out onto the quiet side of the apartment and have the benefit of double-glazing as well as high quality, anti-allergy pillows and mattresses. One also has a small balcony overlooking a church.

Bathroom
The master bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet and twin basins with a hair-dryer and plenty of storage. For your convenience there is a separate shower and guest toilet.

Living and dining area
The living/dining area is full of light thanks to the two floor-to-ceiling French windows and the continued refinement of the interior decoration and furnishings. A suite of period armchairs and a sofa provide a comfortable area for relaxing and a Smart TV adds a dash of contemporary entertainment, apps include Netflix and Amazon prime! There is also wifi to bring you back to the modern day.
Recently air conditioning was installed in the living area and this is strong enough to cool the whole apartment!
The dining area with tall Provençal style dresser and elegant tableware seats six.

Kitchen
The open kitchen, with its granite worktop and oak units, has all the convenience of the 21st century with high quality kitchen appliances including: 4 induction hobs, a smart oven (which combines microwave, convention and grill functions), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker.

For your laundry needs there is a washer/dryer and ironing board housed in a separate cupboard.
