This is our second stay, and would definitely come back. I've had to stay elsewhere in auburn, and was looking forward to coming back to this location. Spacious, and comfortable. Arrived on hot summer day, ACs turned on, very comfortable as we got into place. Best stocked rental I've ever been in. All little details covered.Lots of pans and supplies for cooking. Laundry available. Host was very accommodating to some of our special needs, also communicated back quickly. I look forward to our next stay here.

Was just what we were looking for. Close enough to walk downtown, nice and spacious, lots of light. Enjoyed the front porch every morning for coffee and every evening for wine. Had everything we needed.

Great location and host!

More than enough space. Great place from which to launch my daily excursions (Seneca Falls, Aurora, Ithaca). A couple terrific meals at Osteria Salina in town. Host was responsive. I hope to stay here again in summer sometime.

Charming and historic. Everything we needed was close by and it was perfect for our stay in Auburn. Loved the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee.

Everything was as described in the ad,The apartment was clean and very comfortable.Walking to the stores and near the lake was easy and safe.All in all the experience was lovely!

Property was very close to downtown so location was perfect. Certainly an old home without recent updates. We didn’t spend too much time in the house but if we did, a bigger TV in the living room would have been nice. Fine for a short trip.

House was exactly as advertised. Great place to stay with plenty of room, extremely clean, plenty of supplies in all rooms especially items needed and used in the kitchen. Should we go to the area again would definitely stay there.

The location is very good for accessing Auburn. The house well furnished with whatever you might need. The neighborhood is usually quiet and we felt safe walking.

Exactly as pictured and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including coffee which was a pleasant surprise for the morning!

WORKED OUT PERFECT. NICE PLACE

Booked the house for a surprise anniversary present to my parents. They live in the area but not enough room at their house for the whole family. The house fit the needs of our group including the toddler with a baby gate, high chair & pack ‘n play. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed the provided entertainment from the tv to the card games to the selection of kids books for the little one. Parking was easy and the house was close to town if we needed anything. I reached out to the owner multiple times and she was very accommodating!!

The home was clean, secure and cozy! It had everything we needed while staying in the area to see a play at the merry go round theater. We were comfortable with fresh air or AC, and the apartment had everything we needed.

Our daughter was getting married and we needed a place to stay in Auburn. It worked out perfect for her to get ready before the wedding and was conveniently located near her hair stylist. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. And the porch was nice for drinking my morning coffee and enjoying the neighborhood.

We loved staying here and the location was very convenient to all we wanted to do. Our rental car was a little big for parking easily in the designated spot though. The front balcony was a sweet surprise and we were so happy that you had cards on site! They made for very enjoyable evenings.

Enjoyed our stay here and the apartment was nice with everything we needed.

A wonderful stay at a well kept property in Auburn. A short distance away from any and all needs plus their were cats in the neighborhood!

The property owner was such a delight to deal with. She made sure my stay was a great stay and was there to help me every step of the way if I needed it. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Auburn and looking for a nice second floor apartment.

Came for my son’s audition at merry go round and we needed a spot to just chill and this was a perfect spot. Close to everything, clean, big and comfy beds! We would come back if he gets the summer job!

The property was clean and quiet, and we were able to walk right into Auburn to enjoy dinner at Prison City Brewery, which was great. Dene was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions promptly!

Spacious place

My wife and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend in this quaint apartment on the second story of a 19th-century house. The apartment was larger than anticipated, spotless, and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, and Dene was a great communicator and very accommodating giving us great recommendations for cycling routes and restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the region! Thank you Dene for being such a great host!

The place was set with all necessities and had clear instructions for the various amenities like parking, laundry, light and fan operation, etc.
