Like a house, fantastic loft style apartment ** ideal for a family**

Lovely apartment, great location right by the Metro, close to grocery store, restaurants, cafes. Owner very responsive and accomodated a request to stay a couple extra hours while we were waiting for our ride to the airport. Couldn't be happier with our stay there - thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay. The flat is exactly as pictured — we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Communication was easy and prompt. It’s super-close to so much public transportation, and Uber drivers found the location very easily. It’s a quiet refuge in a residential neighborhood, which we loved. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, you name it. Our 8-year-old slept soundly in the loft, and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with the tools you need to cook your own meals. The skylights (with blinds) keep the flat full of light during the mornings, but it was wonderfully dark at night. If you’re a small family (like the three of us), do not hesitate to book this gem of a property!!

We loved this apartment! The location was perfect, quiet but with the metro less than a block away and everything you need right out your door. The apartment has everything you could need and the check in process was great. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. True Paris charm! We loved this VRBO! It was clean and perfect for 4 people. The location was 10/10. We mostly walked everywhere we went. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. The host was also very easy to reach and responded quickly!

Best VRBO in Paris!Spacious, private, clean, and located in a safe area. This place truly has it all. It’s also centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. Given the high cost of hotels in the city, why wouldn’t you consider staying here?Even though it was just my wife and me, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The A/C works great (though we didn’t really need it during our stay). Since this was week two of our two-week trip in Europe, having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver. It allowed us to pack half as many clothes as we otherwise would have.The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the apartment is literally steps away from the Metro. We never needed more than one transfer to reach any destination. On the day the Paris Metro workers went on strike (apparently a fairly common occurrence), we were still within walking distance, just a mile or two, of all the major attractions.Within a block or two, you’ll find excellent local restaurants, bakeries, fruit stands, and grocery stores. Communication with the owners was excellent as well. Arnaud personally met us at check-in, explained how all the appliances, TV, and internet worked, and answered every question we had.Staying in this private residential community made us feel like true Parisians rather than tourists in a hotel. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay here! Apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to metro and train station. Communication with the host was first class throughout, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. This was a great home base for our stay in Paris. As 2 adults with 2 teen boys, having 3 beds was useful. The air conditioning made our stay during some very hot days comfortable. The location was pleasantly quiet, yet close to several metro stations and easily walkable to Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Moulin Rouge. Communication with the host was excellent. Just be careful on the steps to the apartment which are unlit. I twisted my ankle coming down one morning in the dark after I ran back in to grab something.

Our Paris Trip was fantastic and usually there is something that doesn't work out. So let's begin with the location of this VRBO which is nestled in the crossroads between a metro, just two minutes away from the house alongside a a number of delectable restaurants and grocery stores, just right around the corner. This location was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood that also had a gate for safety. Check-in and checkout were simple and fast and the house had several print outs explaining house rules, best restaurants, and important things you should know, and even some travel books, grocery bags, and umbrellas, should you need them. We really liked the clean and spacious house, and it was easy to cook, especially with all the extras they had in the cupboard likes plates, cups, utensils, and extras likes sugar, spices, etc. Check out was just as easy. Overall communication from our initial interest in the VRBO rental as well as some ongoing questions were always answered in a timely fashion. We definitely will come back again and enjoy the a little piece of Paris with this comfortable and stylish house that is very close to all the main attractions, monuments, and restaurants.

Loved the area we were in . We could walk to the market and enjoy cafes all around-within walking distances. The Host was super professional and friendly.

We loved staying here. It was charming, unique and clean. The location was outstanding. The side street is is on is extremely quiet, yet after walking 2 minutes you are in the hustle and bustle of the city and right at the Liege metro stop.Being able to do laundry on our week stay in Paris was great as well.We enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the modern kitchen and the bedding was great.Would completely recommend for a family stay in Paris.

We couldn't have asked for more. The location was excellent. You could walk to nearly all major sites with very easy access to the metro. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfy. The check in process was seamless. Check out was easy.

We had a great time staying at this apartment in Paris. Walking distance to many bakery’s, shops and train stations. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer combo in the unit and all of the needed utensils/dishware four nights in. Communication with host was great and she was very responsive to any need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

There are all the necessary instructions for using the washing machine, access to WiFi, nearby shops, park, etc. Clean, comfortable, cozy! I liked everything!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paris. It's our third trip to Paris and our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel - it was the best decision we could have made. The apartment is exactly as pictured with every detail thought of for an ideal stay. It was warm on the cold winter days, clean and well-stocked. The check-in process was beyond accommodating for our late arrival, and the communication easy. We loved the quiet, safe street and walked to many places across the city from the apartment. Highly recommend this place for your next Parisian get away!

We would stay there again ! Well stocked with amenities and cookware. Washer dryer was hard to understand. Heating was fantastic. Location is amazing. Cafes and bars everywhere. Nice place and it is very well kept. You can walk to Moulin Rouge in 10 minutes.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment! You can’t beat the location. The metro was 3 minutes away and several attractions were within a 20 minute walk and everything was within a 20 minute metro ride. The space was perfect for our family of 4 with a 17 year and 15 year old. Lucile has set up the place very well with plugs already in place and everything you could need in the kitchen. The nespresso maker was a wonderful treat each morning! Could not ask for a better spot. Communication was excellent!! I would not hesitate to book this apartment.

Sisters from the US meeting in Paris for one week stay. Paris did not disappoint! From the walkable city to the Eiffel Tower, we enjoyed every minute! Our stay in this perfect apartment in a great neighborhood gave us all the feels of Paris life. Can’t wait to come back! So much more to see. We choose this apartment because my daughter and her friends stayed here. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautiful. The host has thought of every detail to make it your home away from home. The location is amazing. From the corner brasserie (JAJA) to the corner patisserie and to everything else you could want or need within walking distance including Liège metro station just feet from your door. Tres bien!

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The washing machine worked well and was clean. The location was ideal for someone who takes the metro as there is a stop a few meters away and a main connection just a couple of blocks away. The bakeries on the corner were really good and there are two grocery stores within 2 blocks. This apartment even had an oven! The loft worked well for us but you need to be under about 168 cm (5’6”) or you will bump your head if you get up too fast. The shower was lovely but I found the hot water very hot. We were able to sign into Prime Video which extended our English language tv a lot. Overall, I would stay here again. It was very quiet and felt very safe.

We stayed at Lucile's other apartment last year (on Rue St. Honoree) and decided to stay at this apartment this year. Although not as centrally located, it is in a quiet neighborhood and is set back from the street. As always, Lucile and Arnaud were very responsive to any issues. The kitchen is modern and clean. The loft bedroom is a little tight; my daughter could fit up there but not me (I'm 6'5). The toilet is in a separate bathroom from the shower/sink so there really is only 1 bathroom. But this is Paris and space is always tight! If you are looking to experience living like a Parisian in a nice neighborhood, this is the place, with close access to the Metro, cafes, shops and excellent boulangeries/patisseries.

The host was kind and attentive before and during our stay. Location and size couldn't be more perfect for a family of 4 adults and 1 five five-year-old. Although it isn't 5/5 stars, I recommend staying here, and I would do so again. The reason for the -1 star is that the blankets had not been washed before our stay, and we found makeup residue on them.

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and could not have been more pleased. Situated in a private and quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all the beautiful sites Paris has to offer, either on foot or by metro. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very comfortable with everything you need. Host was responsive and helpful. We'll def stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Paris.

The owner was helpful-and flexible when we asked to arrive earlier than originally booked. She was nice with ideas. There were four of and there was room to sleep and hang, but one toilet near the entry and one shower off the main bedroom made it cozier than expected. Stairs up to entry, two sores before the front door added a little challenge with full hands.
