If you love Mid-Century Modern decor you will love this apartment. The light-

filled main family room and sun porch is the perfect place to recharge after a

long day of sightseeing. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa that pulls out into a

queen bed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. A large dining table and

functional kitchen means you have the option to cook in or dine out while

exploring the city. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and
<br>comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and

tea!

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

    Good location. Parking not bad for the city. Comfortable beds.The shower is downright claustrophobic, less than 3 ft by 3 ft.Renters cannot control the heat. There are several AC units so you can cool it down, but if you want it warmer than the host has it set for, you are out of luck. Cleanliness was a big problem. Shower grout/caulk is gross and tile not cleaned very well; dust bunnies, furniture worn/stained and not vacuumed, alarming stains on the bed covers, area rugs stained, and those chairs shown as pops of color have been relegated to the bedrooms because they are worn and stained. This all is a huge turnoff.The floors are exceptionally creaky and loud. Anyone who walks to the bathroom in the middle of the night will wake up all of the others in the unit.

    This is the second time we stayed at this home, and it won’t be the last. The home is well furnished, modern, fully equipped and very welcoming and comfortable. The home is located so well, walking distance to just about anything you could want in Chicago and the train to anywhere.

    The unit was just as pictured and described on the website. The location is excellent! It is on a quiet city street but just a couple of blocks from Brown line, coffee shops and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms with queen beds are comfortable and private. The front room is very bright and loved looking out the 3rd floor windows at the trees. It is a large space with front room, family room with TV, dining room and large kitchen space with an upgraded sink area. I went to locked basement to do a couple loads of laundry and was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, well lit and clean tiled floor as well as a foldeing station. The washer and dryer were both very clean. My only suggestion and note is that the 3rd sleeping space is a converted back porch with a twin trundle bed set up and it could use some darker blinds and a pillow top for the hard twin bed. Bonus was a lovely backyard and garden. The unit is quiet and great location and would stay here again.

    This place was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and great location close to the El. We could always find street parking close by. The host communicated efficiently. Had a great time in Chicago with our family!

    Great unit, very clean and comfortable. Good location, owner helpful. Couple issues could not find any paper towels or a sponge in kitchen, went to a close by store and purchased, Parking difficult, seems most cars never move, Dish washer wasn't atrached to countertop, if opened it would tip. But overall a great spot and unit.

    Pictures are exactly as reality. Very spacious 3bdrm priced fairly. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. Would suggest to others looking for clean, basic yet not junky 3 bedroom! A note to owner: the ship is not needed on the mantle :) we moved as soon as we opened the door!     Very clean and welcoming apartment on a quiet street. Short walk to L at Montrose, to Welles Park, and to Lincoln Square. Kitchen is great for family meals. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.
