Light, Airy Luxury Condo Steps from Private Beach

Excellent location, literally a 30 second walk from the beach. Communication with the host was amazing. The provided snacks and supplies were an amazing touch. Would highly recommend.

This studio unit is spacious and well equipped. Very clean and the screened in balcony was perfect for breakfast. The supplied beach chairs & umbrella came in handy. The condo is across from a private country club pool which unfortunately you don’t have access to but beach access is very close and convenient. Overall, nice condo and would definitely stay here again. Host was proactive and provided good communication.

This was our second visit to Julie's lovely property. Located steps to the ocean where we searched for (and found) shark teeth and a short ride to the tennis facility for our annual charity event. Wish we had more time to relax at the condo! You will find everything you need, kitchen with ample supplies for cooking, bathroom (with extras in case you forgot things), plenty of sheets, towels and blankets.

Such a lovely place! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities as well as lots of nice little extras. High quality sheets, pillows, towels. Location is amazing with beach access (not always available at other Sawgrass locations). Owner is accommodating, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Julie was very responsive to my questions ahead of my visit - and all of the instructions and helpful information were quite clear. The unit is fabulous, not just because it’s so close to the beach, but because it’s lovely, quiet, the kitchen has everything needed if you’re cooking, and there are linens galore! She really thought of everything. Hoping to return next year!

The check in was seamless, mush like the check out. Julie was easy to get I. Touch with when we had a question. And the condo was everything and more! It’s a great community as well! I am now looking for a property to call home and my family to visit.

Beach days dont require much but the studio has more than everything you need… We look forward to staying again soon.

Everything was as advertised and better.

The property was exactly as described and the pictures true. The place is adorable and you can tell the owner really cares about the place and your stay. The amount of details to make sure you have the best stay is exceptional. I was amazed….nothing was broke or abused everything was in gracious condition. It was so nice. My husband and I stayed here to unable us to visit our children and grand for a short trip. It was nice to have such a nice place to relax and sleep after a long day of family events and travel. I would return to this place for a short visit and a get away for just us. I highly recommend this place and owner. We were well pleased. Thanks for the coffee available, I so needed a cup at the end of my long day. 5 star!

Everything was in order, instructions were clear & concise. Guard gate was ready for us. Door lock & WiFi worked great. All amenities were available.
