L'Honoré - Appt T2 en duplex - centre ville

L'Honoré It was very nice ? The apartment is lovely and well-equipped. It is exactly as in the photos. We have everything we need during our stay. The location is central, which is very practical. ? The bathroom is a bit small, but it is fine for us. It was quite warm during our stay, but it got better when we opened the windows. At night it could be very loud since bars are near the apartment, which is a bit annoying when you want to keep the window opened.

L'Honoré Great value apartment in the centre of Rennes ? Officially, check-in is 4pm or later, and you must arrange an appointment with the agent to collect the keys and be let in. However, my agent added me on WhatsApp so that I could inform her on the day of arrival of my progress from the airport. She arranged an early check-in for me. I arrived at 1:30pm and found her waiting for me - I was checked in straight away! Location is excellent, closer to the centre of the city than any of the hotels and for less cost. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with enough plates and cutlery to serve dinner for 10 or more. There is a Lidl just around the corner. Wi-Fi was excellent as you have a modem dedicated to your apartment. My work colleagues staying at regular hotels had problems with the Wi-Fi for Zoom calls. The day before I was expecting to fly out, my flight was cancelled due to a country-wide air traffic controllers strike, and on that day due to the chaos I did not even have a rescheduled flight yet. I contacted Cocoonr urgently and they were able to extend my stay on a day-by-day basis, for a total of 2 extra days. ? As this is not a serviced apartment you must dispose of garbage yourself. I was not familiar with the system in Rennes, as you must take your garbage to a public bin on the street. Recommend asking the agent where the closest ones are after you've checked in. The bathroom is a little bit small, which can be seen from the photos. Toilet area does not have a toilet roll holder (preferably, one could be installed on the wall). As this property is right in the centre of the city, late night can be noisy with drunk people yelling on the street. It's not so bad with the windows closed. The door to this set of apartments is very sturdy, so I never felt unsafe.

L'Honoré The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. It is in a super central location, easily accessible, close to the metro, restaurants and bars. They provided some nice recommendations on what to do, where to go, best restaurants, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and they left a few things for first necessities (coffee, sugar, oil), which was a very nice touch. I would stay there again and I absolutely recommend it!!! A few points for future guests to know: - the stairs to reach the apartment are very uneven. It would be difficult bringing big luggages up or for people with reduced mobility. - the apartment is in the very city center, which is great activity-wise, but be prepared to hear some chatter coming from the street even very late at night.

L'Honoré Nice am fully equiped apartment. I recommend it to others especially for the location! ? The apartment was in the centre of the city. There is supermarket near and you can find everything you want,as restaurants,bars just by walking. Also there is metro station 50meters away. The house was very cosy and fully equiped. I was excited with the upstairs room. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and nice. ? I booked this apartment because there is sofa that comes to a bed,but unfortunately there was a problem with the sofa and it couldn’t be a bed so my dad’s sleep was not very good. I just waited someone to inform me earlier for the sofa but they didn’t and when I ask to fix it they told me that the sofa is unavailable. Also,the apartment was in the second floor and there is no elevator.
