Hosts are so friendly and accommodating! This is our 3rd stay at this property, and we will not hesitate to book again.

Everything was great. The setting in the woods is relaxing and they provided all the comforts of home. What a beautiful area and wonderful accommodations.

What a wonderful week my husband and I had. This property was just spectacular! Clean, so cozy, relaxing and so comfortable. 2 seperate recliners with a love seat that also reclined. Beautiful little electric fireplace that made the living room feel like we were at home. The bedroom was spacious with a king size bed. And the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need for enjoying a full dinner. My hubby and I loved spending time outside on the patio watching the golfers on the 9th hole. We weren't disappointed. Actually very pleasantly surprised on just how amazing it really was. Mr Gary and Mrs Linda were very sweet and eager to help in every way possible if necessary.

Accomodations were perfect and the hostess was responsive to our needs.

Everything was very nice. No pool on property but several community pools are available. Nice view of green on patio.

Everything was perfect. This rental was by far the best bang for your buck in the Village. The Cortez course is deep inside the village, so if you have plans that take you outside of the gates, just know that it’s going to take you a few extra minutes. The hosts were awesome. They were hospitable and available if needed, but otherwise stayed out of the way and made it feel like you had the entire large back patio area all to yourself. The hot tub was very private, clean, and easy to operate. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a couple’s getaway.Josh R. - Galt, CA

Linda & Gary were exceptional hosts. They greeted us curbside and provided everything we could imagine. The place was spotless with a beautiful view of the Cortez Golf Course. We look forward to staying here again.

The unit was just what we needed. The hosts had provided everything that we could need, even snacks. They were available for any questions. They even gave us a ride to the golf course. The laundry was very convenient. The shower is small, but functional. The kitchen was adequate, although we only used the Keurig, microwave, and fridge. We'll be back. The info from VRBO was not updated, like the code for the door, but the host met us when we got there and gave us the code.

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable, this property checked all the boxes! Wonderful bed, two TVs and the best outfitted kitchen we have ever seen in the numerous VRBO properties we have rented over the years. No shortage of linens, utensils, small appliances, paper goods, condiments, and the like! These owners have thought of everything to ensure that their guests lack nothing—even down to a basket of snacks & a supply of ice in the freezer! Some might “miss” a full-sized range, but the double burners, microwave, and counter oven more than met our needs—we didn’t come to Hot Springs to cook! We highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

Perfect in all areas

We loved the Casita, and it was clean, modern, and offered a lot more than we expected. Beautiful view, the kitchen was well stocked, including spices, tin foil, snacks and flavored creamer. What VRBO offers that, this was our first out of maybe 10 bookings at other locations. We will be back.

We came to check out HSV, the area, people, homes and amenities. What a lovely surprise! It’s gorgeous and the people are amazing. Our hosts were delightful. They had a tremendous of information on the Village which was very helpful. We will back!!

The unit was perfect with a wonderful view of the golf course. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. They provided everything all we had to bring was our food and personal items! We bought our dogs and the host were very welcoming of them also. Definitely recommend this property!

Nice location and excellent hosts

The property was in excellent condition, even better than pictures made it out to be. Despite being on the Cortez course and having neighbors nearby, you were still quite secluded, and surrounded by a perimeter of lovely trees. The patio and fire pit are lovely and would have gotten so much more use if it wasn’t freezing when we visited. Gary and Linda were excellent hosts! Very open for communication if we needed it and knowledgeable of trails and restaurants within the village. Would love to come here again if we’re ever in the area!

Lovely home, well appointed. Bed & linens were luxurious. Hosts friendly, area was gorgeous but alot of driving. We enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed 3 days, the very nice “apartment” was just as described, beautifully decorated, makes you feel like you are close to the beach. The bed was excellent for a good night’s sleep. Gary & Linda are great hosts!

This home is beautiful and the hosts are great. My favorite part was drinking my morning coffee and watching the golfers. Fabulous view! The home is very clean and exactly as advertised.

Great place to stay!

As a golfer it's a perfect stay. Beautiful par three is your backyard so it's fun watching the golfers. Location close to most of golf courses. Gary and Linda had built a fire at the fire pit Saturday night and supplied s'mores to cap off the day. I'm already making plans to stay again! Can't wait!

Everything about our stay was great. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The view of the sixth green at the Cortez course was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. The accommodations were just perfect for us. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for any more.
