Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 27 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV lounge area with a double sofa bed (sleepstwo) and a fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, pod coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, hob, etc.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A 7.4 m² north-facing terrace with table and chairs.
- A shared heated swimming pool (8m x 20) with badge access from May to September in the residence.

The flat is ideally located in San-Nicolao, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- swimming in the residence swimming pool or at the beach located 80 m from the accommodation (at the end of the road)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island of beauty.
