This apartment is located in a residential area that is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay without giving up convenience. Just a short walk from the Banane district, you can reach the famous Palais des Festivals and the Croisette—home to beaches and luxury boutiques in just a few minutes on foot. Nearby, you will also find the picturesque Suquet district with the renowned Forville Provençal market, as well as the lively Carré d’Or, ideal for evenings out amongrestaurants and bars. You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
