Ledgestone Farms-Cozy Farm Apartment

The place itself is so amazing and very spacious and very cute. Owners are very friendly and respond promptly. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. There was just nothing around the area for food or any of that plus kind of got stood up by a fake person and sort of drove 7 hours to waste my time. Other than that I really enjoyed the place itself and the owners.

This property was amazing, my stay was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again anytime.

It was perfect for my needs. Was in town for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. I would recommend extending the stair railing, not safe for seniors.

Very quiet, private and clean. Could use a cutting board in the kitchen. Did not realize it was on the second floor, and stairs were difficult for me. Are probably not a problem for younger people, but not elderly.

Comfy apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Good communication with host. We’ve stayed here a few times when visiting family.

So let me start off by saying the location is great very quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is clean. Everything that you will need is inside very well. The only issues is it appears over the years. The owner has been adding additional apartments with to know, dampening or insulation, you can hear every little thing the neighbors do from footsteps to talking to flushing the toilet from taking a shower to Even adult relations In the middle of the night. The property by itself is a 10 out of 10 for the listed price when I booked. Since then, the prices have been elevated and the minor noise issues other than that great apartment.

We enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay there again!

beautiful farm setting, very quiet and peaceful - really felt like we were getting away from everything. cute apartment, decorated nicely, and really cool what they did with the space they had we had everything we needed. only suggestion i would make is to put handles on the cupboard doors in the kitchen. got to meet and chat with the owner as we were leaving - nice folks, one of the best parts of the trip!

Gorgeous place, and adorable location. But the location is so secluded that you eill definitely need a car. There are no ubers and barely could get food delivered. Also the location is way in the back , I got lost since i came in the middle of the night and it getd pitched black. They left us snacks and eggs, so cute.

We had a great time at this apartment. It is out in the middle of farmland and quite beautiful. The apartment is nestled at the top of some barn stairs. When you open up the door, it is beautiful inside. We were so surprised! It was exactly what we needed for our Race that I was to run.

Wonderful upper level apartment that was exceedingly above our expectations. Very clean and comfortable, well supplied and spacious. Roadside sign helped with finding at night , and the motion light at the door was very helpful. We’ll definitely be looking for another stay.

I stayed here while visiting my mother at Ohio Living Lake Vista, but Mosquito Lake is very convenient. The VRBO is in a charming barn in the country and is the best-stocked place I have ever stayed; the snacks and the nightlight were extra special for me. The rooms are large, and I got a prompt response whenever I texted the owner. I will definitely be staying here again.

I cannot begin to list all positive remarks about our stay at your Farm apartment. It was well cared for, attractive, clean, comfortable in every way. It was like being home, away from home. We have fished nearby Mosquito Lake for a number of years while staying in our camper. Since we no longer camp we felt very fortunate to have found your property which filled our needs so well. We were minutes from the lake, and stores. In the evenings, we sat together on the front porch and experienced the quietness we have not been able to duplicate since we fished in the bush of Ontario. It was indescribable. The quiet evenings on the front porch at the apt. was pure pleasure and relaxation. No vehicles, neighborhood noise of any kind. Just beautiful quiet piece! We loved every minute. Our host gets kudos for all her help. She was extremely helpful and made sure everything was tops. On top of all those pluses, we found a restaurant for ribs which turned out to be the best ribs we've ever eaten anywhere! So, we definitely had a great stay at your apartment on the farm, and the fishing wasn't bad either. I caught 2 5-6 lb. bass among all the others caught. They were my best catches since last fishing trip on Lake Fork in Texas. Thank you so much for a great stay in the quiet surroundings of the farm apt. It was a gem!! Looking forward to a possible return trip.

A great, secluded getaway for the weekend! In a central area for Nelson Kennedy Ledges and Mosquito Lake. Clean and had everything we needed.

If you are stair friendly and looking for a clean, well maintained, affordable place to stay this is your place. We enjoyed our stay. Country setting. Long lane back to the facility. I will be staying again
