Stayed Jan 31, 2025Really cool place. The inside with the rock is awesome. Decor is nice and bed was comfortable. My only issues were the mini split heater/ac was hard to figure out and would only work on the “auto” setting. They own the loft upstairs as well, and it had some visitors with a child who liked to wake up very early and run. I only mention this because you can hear every footstep. So for someone going for an adult weekend with beverages and sleeping in on the agenda, it wasn’t pleasant. We contacted the property contact and they said they took care of it, however they were at it again the next morning so we just kinda dealt with it and gave up.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025We (couple in our 30s) stayed in the lower unit of the Leatherwood Lofts located at the quiet end of the main strip. Literally next door to some the first shops on North Main at the base of the hill that is Eureka Springs(ES). Leatherwood Lofts manages to be a quiet little spot while still being in the heart of the action. We were within walking distance of everything including Rocket Fizz, a general store with everything from early morning coffee(opens at 8am which you will find is rare in ES)and NY style pizza, to a massive candy shop and cool novelty gifts in the Underground gift shop.We were able to walk to all the major attractions of downtown ES and the vast array of staircases that cut through the rolling hills of the town made a quick return to the lofts to drop off leftover food and items from the stores relatively easy. Location really gave off the vibe of ES's bohemian charm and the hosts were beyond professional in their communications, with the only tiny issue we had when we first arrived being resolved within an hour of arrival and causing no delay in our getting out to see the town.Would definitely recommend Leatherwood Lofts to anyone seeking a quiet getaway with the option to be at a bar, restaurant, venue, shop or historical site within a minutes if not seconds. Great food everywhere and if you are into the paranormal, check out the haunted walking tours and the Ghost tours of the historic Crescent and Basin hotels.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Couldn't have asked for a better location or a nicer place! And to have a parking place included was amazing. It was a really unique place with everything we needed for a fantastic weekend in Eureka.
