• Shared outdoor pool (open May–October) in a small building of 7 apartments, sun loungers and umbrellas available on a first-come, first-served basis

• An additional fold-out bed, ideal for a kid or teen (more compact than the main beds)

Without a car:
• You don’t need your own car to be comfortable here
• Mlini beach, cafés, and a small grocery shop are about a 15 min walk downhill (approx. 1 km)
• The walk down is easy, but the return uphill is steep and includes stairs
• Most guests take a short Uber/taxi ride back up after beach days
• The bus stop below (Mlini Trgovište) connects directly to Dubrovnik’s Old Town in about 20 min

With a car:
• Easy access, only 4 min from the main coastal road
• Free private parking for one car directly in front of the property (cars up to SUV size can park and manoeuvre comfortably but if you're travelling with a van, just keep in mind that access and manoeuvring can be a bit tighter)
• The final stretch is a typical Dalmatian hillside lane — narrow but fully accessible
