We have this charming 49 m² terracotta flat for rent in the very centre of Toulouse, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the heart of the Carmes district, on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The accommodation is composed as follows
- An entrance hall
- A living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and wall-mounted TV
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with dining table and 4 standing tables
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Storage space.
- Shower room with washbasin.
- Separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest train station: Toulouse-Matabiau: metro line B stop Carmes with a change at Jean Jaures line A (16 min)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac: metro line B to Carmes. Get off at Compans Cafferelli then take the Aéro shuttle (25min). Alternatively, take tram line T2 to Palais de Justice.
