The structure consists of 10 two room apartments (2 4 people) of different typologies (SMART, CLASSIC, COMFORT, SUPERIOR), a large garden with flowers and plants typical of Lake Garda, a large swimming pool built in 2018 with a children's area. Parking, barbecue and washing machine are for common use. Internet WI FI is available free of charge throughout the residence. It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay in contact with nature, as well as an excellent starting point for walks and mountain bike trails. Nearby there are some typical restaurants and a bakery.
