Le Pommeraye – Élégance & confort en plein cœur de Nantes

Great location. Building itself looked a bit tun fown, but the apartment was well maintained. Check in was done in person with a representative and went smoothly.

Le Pommeraye Great location, comfortable space and friendly host ? Well situated. Spacious. Clean ? 4 pm pick up keys. We should be able to pick up keys earlier. At least we should be able to leave our luggages earlier. Lots of stairs.

Le Pommeraye Fantastic. Great Flat Great City. ? The flat was in an excellent location. It was very clean and modern. ALl instructions were very clear ? It was on the 3rd floor so about 70 steps so if you were old or had mobility issues then perhaps it could be difficult. We did not mind apart from carrying our two large heavy suitcases when we arrived and when we left as there was no lift. Apart from that everything else was great.

Le Pommeraye Fantastic stay at Le Pommeraye. Well equipped kitchen (including sharp knives and good sized pasta pot !) and great central location for exploring Nantes, next to the Passage Pommeraye. Light and airy apartment with roof top views which make up for the 3 flights of stairs ! Contact good and accommodated a cancelled flight and arrival next day. Finding out the buses and trams are free at the weekend throughout Nantes was a big plus. Would thoroughly recommend.

Le Pommeraye Great little apartment that was a great place for three fully grown men to spend three nights in. Excellent location, nice and tidy. The lady who showed us around was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Very happy

Le Pommeraye I had an a-okay stay in this apartment. It's in a great location – right in the city center, easily accessible from the main train station, and in walking distance from all major attractions – and it was clean and full of light. From the photos, however, I expected it to be in slightly better shape. A lot of things could be improved, starting from the bathroom, which would need some renovation (the baseboard is coming off, there's a constant weird smell, the door handle isn't working properly, and there's no place to hang your wet towels.) More attention to small details would probably make this apartment more cozy/comfortable. Heads-up to the light-sleepers: the boiler is right in the bedroom and can make noises during the night, so bring some earplugs. Communication with the renting agency was good. All in all, I'm unsure whether I'd stay here again if I ever returned to Nantes.

Le Pommeraye The location is great as it’s in easy walking distance to everything the centre has to offer. Plenty of places to eat and drink all a minute or two walk from the apartment. The property itself was nice. The photos perhaps made me think it was going to be more polished than it was. The livings/dining/kitchen space was faultless. Not suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. The person who greeted us was especially friendly. All in all, it was good value for money and the location was the real selling point.

Le Pommeraye Very nice flat, clean and location is amazing. Not suitable for anyone who can’t do stairs as there is no lift and it’s quite high up.

Le Pommeraye Amazing location, and nice decorated. Had everything I needed for a 4 week stay. It is an old building, with what comes with that - but it all had it's charm, and next time I'm in Nantes, I will check if this place is available again :) Thx
